The 6-Step Launch Plan

Our technical team works fast. We aim to have your business live in under 7 days.

Welcome & Confirmation Day 1

You will receive an official welcome message on WhatsApp from our onboarding team confirming receipt of your setup payment. We will assign a dedicated project manager to your build who will be your main point of contact.

Information Gathering Day 1-2

We need specific assets from you to make your storefront look incredibly professional. Please gather the following items and send them to your project manager via WhatsApp:

  • Business Name: Exactly as you want it displayed online.
  • Your Logo: High-resolution PNG or JPG file.
  • Brand Colors: E.g. "Dark Red" or specific hex codes.
  • Product/Menu List: A clear document with your items and prices.
  • Images: High-quality photos of your products or storefront.
  • WhatsApp Number: Where you want to receive new orders.
  • Fulfillment: Do you offer delivery, pickup, or both?

The Build Phase Day 2-5

Our technical team begins coding and designing your bespoke storefront. You will not see the website during this phase—trust the process!

We will email you your secure Admin Panel Login. You can log into the backend at any time during this phase to start adding descriptions or updating stock numbers while we design the front end.

Client Review & Revisions Day 5-6

We will send you a private, hidden link to preview your live storefront. Check everything carefully: your logo placement, brand colors, product prices, and the ordering flow.

Note: You have 48 hours to request changes via WhatsApp. Your setup fee includes a maximum of 2 rounds of design revisions.

Go Live & Training Day 7

Once you approve the final design, we activate your store publicly. Your custom URL goes live to the world!

We will send you a full Tutorial Video showing you exactly how to manage incoming orders, update your inventory, and change your store settings from your phone or laptop.

Ongoing Support Month 1+

Your monthly software retainer covers premium hosting, SSL security, platform maintenance, and bug fixes.

You have 24/7 control to update prices and products via your Admin Panel. If your business grows and you need advanced features (like the Wholesale Portal, or POS System), simply message us on WhatsApp to unlock them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need technical skills to manage my store?

Absolutely not. We build the entire frontend for you. Your backend Admin Panel is designed to be as easy to use as Facebook or WhatsApp. If you can send a text message, you can add a product.

What if I don't have a professional logo yet?

No problem! We can use a clean, professional text-based logo using premium typography until you have a custom graphic logo designed.

Can I use my own custom domain (e.g., mybusiness.com)?

Yes. If you already own a domain name through GoDaddy or HostGator, simply provide the login details to your project manager on Day 5, and we will connect it to your new store for free.

How do I get paid for my orders?

Customers will pay you directly. You can set up Cash on Delivery, Pay on Pickup, or we can integrate your preferred UPI/Payment Gateway directly into the checkout flow.
