Module 1

What exactly are we selling?

We are not selling a "website". A website is a digital brochure. We are selling a Custom Web-App and Automated Ordering System.

The Golden Rule of Pitching

Local shops (takeaways, salons, grocers) are exhausted by manual WhatsApp messages, lost orders, out-of-stock complaints, and paying 30% commission to JustEat, Deliveroo, or Swiggy. You are selling them their independence and margin back.

1. The Client Page (Front-End)

We build them a beautiful, high-speed, app-like storefront. Customers visit it via a link in their Instagram bio or a QR code in the window. They browse the menu/services, and add items to a real digital shopping cart.

2. The Checkout Engine

Instead of just sending a messy text like "do u have 2 burgers?", the customer checks out directly. They input their details, choose Click & Collect or Delivery, and submit the order perfectly formatted.

How to explain it to a client

The 30-Second Elevator Pitch "Hi, I provide an automated ordering and live inventory system for local shops. Customers order via Click & Collect or Delivery directly from your own branded web-app. We completely manage your inventory, set the whole thing up for you in 48 hours, and most importantly—unlike the big delivery apps, we take exactly 0% commission on your orders."
Module 2

Inventory & Logistics Engine

This is the technical heart of SocialServe. You must understand how an order flows so you can explain it confidently to business owners who fear losing control of their stock.

1. Live Inventory Sync

When a customer buys the last "Special Burger" or "Shampoo Bottle", the system instantly deducts 1 from the live stock.

  • If stock hits 0, the item instantly grays out and displays an "Out of Stock" banner.
  • Customers are physically blocked from adding it to their cart.
  • Pitch Point: "No more double-selling. No more calling customers to apologize and issue refunds because you ran out of chicken. The system protects you automatically."

2. Order Routing & Notifications

Business owners are terrified of missing orders. Here is how we guarantee they don't miss a single one:

Email Receipts

The second a checkout is completed, a formatted email receipt is sent directly to the owner's inbox (and the customer's inbox for their records).

Automated WhatsApp Pings

The system automatically generates a perfectly formatted WhatsApp message containing the exact order, address, phone number, and total, pinging the owner's phone directly.

3. Delivery vs. Click & Collect

Not every shop has delivery drivers. Our system adapts to their exact logistics model.

For shops with NO drivers (Click & Collect)
Pitch Click & Collect (Click & Cloak). The customer pays online or agrees to pay at counter, the shop prepares it, and the customer walks in just to pick it up.

Benefit: Reduces queues during rush hour, eliminates phone calls tying up staff, and secures the sale before the customer even arrives.
For shops WITH drivers (Delivery)
Our system allows the owner to set Custom Delivery Zones and fees.

Example: Free delivery within 2 miles. £3 fee for 2-5 miles. If a customer is 6 miles away, the checkout blocks the delivery option and forces them to use Click & Collect.

The Referral Engine

Onboarding & Setup Process

Business owners are busy. They think software takes weeks to set up and requires them to do technical work. You must destroy this fear.

Explaining the Setup Fee & Timeline: "The setup fee covers our team physically building your custom web-app. You don't have to learn how to code or upload photos. You just hand us your physical paper menu, and we digitize it, set up your live inventory database, configure your delivery zones, and link your WhatsApp. We do 100% of the heavy lifting and get you live in 48 hours."

The 3 Steps to Live:

  1. Payment & Intake: The client pays the Setup Fee today. You get their WhatsApp number, logo, and a photo/PDF of their menu or price list.
  2. The 48-Hour Build: Our backend team builds the storefront, loads all inventory, applies variations (e.g. Small/Large), and sets up routing.
  3. Handover: We send the owner their new link and a QR code they can print for their counter. They put the link in their Instagram bio and start taking orders immediately.

Module 6

Pro Add-ons & Admin Control

For established businesses or mini-chains, the Starter/Growth plans might not be enough. This is when you pitch the Pro Tier and its Admin capabilities.

The Admin Page

Pro users get access to a deeper Admin Dashboard. Here, we can add Custom Tech Options depending on their needs:

  • POS Link: Integrating the online orders to print directly to their kitchen ticket printer.
  • Customer Database (CRM): Capturing the email and phone number of every person who orders so they can market to them later.
  • SMS Marketing: The ability to blast a text message ("20% off all pizzas tonight!") to their customer database directly from the admin panel.
  • Loyalty Programs: "Buy 9 coffees, get the 10th free" digital punch cards built into their checkout.

Note: If a client asks for something highly specific, tell them it can be built into their Pro Admin dashboard for a custom quote.

Module 7

Master Objection Handling

Study these responses. Business owners will test you. You must have these answers ready to fire without hesitation.

"I just use WhatsApp, people message me there."
Your Response: "WhatsApp is great for chat, but terrible for inventory. If someone asks for an item you sold out of 5 minutes ago, you have to type out an apology and figure out a refund. Our system gives them a beautiful menu to look at, blocks out-of-stock items, and THEN sends the perfect, clean order directly to your WhatsApp."
"I use Deliveroo/Zomato, they bring me customers."
Your Response: "Keep using them for new discovery! But when a local regular orders from you on Deliveroo, you're paying 30% commission on a customer who already knows you. Put our link on your Instagram and in your shop window. Funnel your loyal customers to our 0% commission system, and keep all your profit."
"I already use Linktree / Blinkit."
Your Response: "Those are just static lists of links. They don't have a shopping cart, live inventory tracking, or delivery zone calculation. We give you a fully functional e-commerce storefront that looks like a high-end app."
"Why is there a setup fee? Others do it for free."
