Your Commission Structure

How You Get Paid

You earn an uncapped 10% to 15% commission on every single deal you close—both on the upfront setup fee AND the recurring monthly retainer.

Upfront Setup Commission

Earn 10-15% of the initial build fee the moment the client signs and pays.

  • Standard 10% base commission on all closed deals.
  • 15% accelerator bonus if you close more than 10 deals in a calendar month.
  • Paid out in the first week of the following month.

Recurring Monthly MRR

Build a passive income stream. You get 10-15% of the client's monthly software retainer for as long as they stay with us.

  • If you build a book of 100 active clients, you receive a passive commission cheque every single month.
  • The recurring commission increases to 15% when you hit your monthly accelerators.

Prospecting & Sourcing

You can find leads in two ways: calling leads assigned to your Live Dialer in the Sales Portal, or walking directly into local shops, markets, restaurants, salons, and wholesale stores.

  • Target businesses that have NO website.
  • Target businesses with terrible, outdated websites.
  • Target businesses operating strictly through WhatsApp.

The Opener

Do not overcomplicate the introduction. Walk in, find the decision-maker, and ask one simple question:

"Are you taking orders online right now?"

If the answer is no, or if they complain about high Swiggy/Zomato commissions, that is your opening. They are a qualified prospect.

The Visual Pitch

People don't buy code; they buy what they can see. Pull out your phone and show them a live demo storefront of a business in their exact niche.

  • Explain that we build their FULL online store in under 7 days.
  • Show them how their customers can order for delivery, click & collect, or bulk wholesale from one simple link.
  • Emphasize the anchors: No commission on their sales, no Shopify app fees, and zero technical knowledge required on their end.

Closing & Logging

Once they agree on a pricing tier, collect the required information to begin the build process.

  • Collect: Business Name, Owner Name, Phone Number, and Email.
  • Log them immediately into your Sales Portal → Lead Board.
  • Mark the lead status as "Closed (Won)".
  • CRITICAL: Do NOT promise an exact launch date or time. Tell them the tech team will contact them within 24 hours to begin onboarding.

Handover & Payout

Your job is entirely done once the lead is logged into the system and the payment is collected.

  • The Tech Partner takes over and builds the client's store.
  • You will receive an automated notification when their site goes Live.
  • Your closed deal will automatically appear on the Global Sales Leaderboard.
  • Your commissions will be calculated at the end of the month by the Sales Partner based on your leaderboard stats.

Handling Objections Like a Pro

"It's too expensive."

Response: "Shopify costs ₹2,500/month just for the platform, plus ₹50,000+ for a developer to build it, plus paid apps. We are giving you the entire build, hosting, and support for a fraction of that. Plus, we take 0% commission on your sales. If you sell just one extra large order a week, the platform pays for itself."

"I already have Zomato/Swiggy."

Response: "Keep them for discovery! But right now, you are paying them 25-30% of your revenue. When your regular, loyal customers order, direct them to your SocialServe link instead. You keep 100% of the profit from your regulars."

"I don't know how to use tech."
