Lead Sourcing via Google Maps

We use Google Maps to scrape local businesses in target areas β€” restaurants, salons, gyms, clinics, and more. We export their name, address, and any available contact info using a scraping tool, then upload the CSV into the system via the Admin Lead Importer.

Phone Verification & Enrichment

Not all scraped data includes a phone number β€” in those cases, a rep uses the admin's Fix tool or manually searches the business's Google listing, Facebook page, or website to find the correct number and update it in the database.

Cold Calling via the Live Dialer

Sales reps use the Live Dialer on the Sales Portal to call leads one by one. They introduce SocialServe's social media management service. The goal of the call is NOT to close β€” it's to book a short demo or send a WhatsApp follow-up.

Demo & Pitch

Once a prospect is interested, a demo is booked. We show them a live example of what their social media content would look like β€” specifically content made for their niche. This converts at a high rate because the client can see exactly what they're getting.

Once a client signs up, we collect their branding details (logo, colours, business info) and build their social media presence and website within 48-72 hours. We then hand them login access and begin posting content immediately.
